Note: The Patriots had their best shooting night of the season (.522) against the outclassed Cavaliers to have a season high 79 points. The Patriots had a chance to break the school record for points in a game (89) but Coach Quarles cleared his bench much of the second half to allow his reserves much needed playing time. Travis Gagon had a double double with his 20 points and 15 rebounds and Harrison Courtney also had a double double with his 11 points and 10 rebounds and Coty Courtney just missed a double double getting 10 points and 8 boards. With the win the Patriots jumped into second place in the SCISA Region 2-A race. The Patriots now 3-1 in the region will battle the Newberry Academy Eagles Tuesday night for the top spot in the region. The Eagles will come to Wardlaw with a 3-0 region record.ÊLaurens Academy is in third place with a 2-1 region record.
