JOHNSTON – The 6th grade class at Wardlaw Academy recently completed an edible cell project. 

After studying a unit on the structure and function of the cell, the students were required to make a model of a cell that was completely edible.  The projects ranged from cookies and cakes to Mexican layer dip.
