Ruth Quattlebaum Edwards

Mrs. Ruth Quattlebaum Edwards, 87, wife of the late Jack Edwards, of Lakeview Drive in Johnston, died Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010 at University Hospital in Augusta, Ga.

Funeral Services were held Tuesday, March 2, at 2 p.m. at Johnston United Methodist Church. Burial was in Mt. of Olives Cemetery.

Mrs. Edwards was a native of Saluda and was a member of Johnston United Methodist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Jacquelyn Edwards (Fred) Lewarne, Harrison Township, Mich., Deborah Edwards Holmes, North Augusta, Melanie Edwards (Tommy) Gibson, Edgefield; a son, Steve Radley (Gail) Edwards, Colbert, Ga; a sister, Lois Maffett, Modoc; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
