Joe Poue Jr.

Mr. Joe Poue Jr., 65, of Winder, Ga., died Monday, May 4, 2009. He was the husband of Louise Williams Poue.
A Memorial Service was held Saturday, May 9, at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, Ga., with Mr. Joe Scibetta officiating. He was cremated.
Mr. Poue was born April 22, 1934 to Joe Roland Poue and his wife Carrie in Edgefield County.
In addition to his wife, survivors include his sons and daughters, Thomas H. Pough Sr. and wife Magnolia, Clifford Pough Sr. and wife Sallie, Jandon Pough I and wife Brenda, Danice Mathis and husband Mark, Jimmy L. Pough and Roscoe Pough Sr. and wife Josephine, Abigail Morris, Vinson Morris and wife Vickie, Joanne Morris, Brenda Wiggins and husband Jessie and McKenley Williams; a sister, Salina Mitchell, Aiken; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; a large number of Grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by three daughters, Ollie Mae Hopkins (Raymond), Bessie Louise Mathis (Johnny) and Yvonne Pough.
