Mrs. Jenelle Long Harmon, 75, of Church Street in Johnston, died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008 at her residence.
A memorial service was held Monday, Dec. 15, at 6 p.m., at Ramey Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Phillip Lee officiating.
Born in Saluda County and a daughter of the late Wilbur C. and Sara Black Long, she was the wife of the late Kinard J. Harmon. She was a homemaker and attended Cedar Creek Church in Aiken.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Dwight and Sherrie Harmon, Johnston; two daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and Dean Derrick, Monetta, and Kim and Michael Hatfield, Johnston; a brother, Carroll Long, Ward; four sisters, Rena Hutto, Alma, Ga., Marian Duffie, Saluda, Betty Koon, Newberry, and Judy Fallaw, Ware Shoals; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Frank Long, John David Long, Dub Long and Harold Long.
