James Lewis Fulmer

Mr. James Lewis Fulmer, 82, of
Carolina Springs Road in North Augusta, died Saturday, Jan. 31, 2009.

Funeral services were held
Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Hatcher Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev.
Allen Cantrel officiating. Burial was in Westview Cemetery in Augusta, Ga.

Mr. Fulmer was born in
Johnston to the late Mr. and Mrs. Haskell Lewis Fulmer. He retired from
Graniteville Company’s Townsend Division with 45 years of service and he was
the owner and operator of Fulmer’s Produce.

Survivors include his
daughters, Kathy Diane Laws, Beech Island, Carol Frye, New Ellenton, Cheryl
Miles (Robert), Bath, and Coni Fulmer, North Augusta; his sons, Daniel Harris,
North Augusta, and Ronald Fulmer, Columbia; 13 grandchildren; 16
great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.

He was preceded in death by
his wife, Peggy Ruth Fulmer, and a son, Donald Harris.
