Herbert Martin

Mr. Herbert Martin, 58, of Gary Street in Edgefield, died Monday, May 25, 2009.
Funeral services were held Saturday, May 30, at 2 p.m. at G.L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel, with the Rev. J.R. Hooper officiating.
Mr. Martin was a member of Republican Grove Baptist Church in Edgefield .
Survivors include six sisters, Gloria (Terry) East, Edgefield, Rosa (Ollie) West, Johnston, Ophelia Baker, Mary (Joseph) Green, Charlotte (Earnest) Brown, and Deloris Hooper, all of Richmond, Va.; two brothers, Richard (the Rev. Charlene) Martin, Richmond Va., and George Smith, Edgefield.
G.L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary, Edgefield, was in charge of arrangements.
