Glenda Miller Risinger

Glenda Miller Risinger, 51, of 985 Butler Road, died January 14, 2009, in Lexington Medical Center.
Born in Norfolk, VA, a daughter of Ellen Rae Scurry Miller and the late Francis Allen Miller, she was the wife of Charles Allen Risinger. Mrs. Risinger was a Farm Loan manager with the USDA, Farm Service Agency. She was a director and treasurer of the Saluda County Forestry Association, director of Saluda County CattlemenÕs Association and a member of the Saluda County Farm City Week Committee. She was a member of Saluda Baptist Church and Ladies 2 Sunday School Class.
Surviving are her husband, Charles Allen Risinger of the home, her mother, Ellen Rae Scurry Miller of Saluda, a stepson, Chad Risinger of Leesville, paternal grandmother, Angell Manley Miller of Saluda, three sisters, Jane Miller Good of Aiken, Karen Miller Fulmer of Saluda, and Margaret Angela Miller of Atlanta, four nieces, a nephew and two great nieces.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Friday at Ramey Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2009, at Saluda Baptist Church with Rev. Norman Rogers and Rev. John Griffith officiating. Interment will follow in West Travis Park Cemetery.
