The Rev. Oscar Brown and the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Food Ministry would like to thank every heart that made feeding 104 families possible, especially the blessed and kind acts of Mr. Larry Bowe, director of Edgefield County Senior Citizens Council and staff; Mr. Robert Brazell, store manager, and staff; the National Wild Turkey Federation, Inc. and Ms. Tammy Condrey, Mr. Burt Carey, Mr. Brent Lawrence and Mr. Joel Petersen for helping initially, in understanding and supporting the task; and Mr. Stephen Hampton, principal at JET Middle School and the Student Government Association.

Ruth H. Mack, PGBC Food Bank coordinator, said, “My wishes are that each of these organizations will have all the goodness the Master has to offer for their acts of love toward their fellow men during this holiday season. Merry Christmas to all and a Happy New Year!”
