Your support, kind words and prayers have overwhelmed Peggy and me over the last few days. We will never forget the wonderful times and the fun we had on the campaign trail with you. Your friendship will be treasured in our hearts forever.

As you know, I'm proud of South Carolina. Ours is the most wonderful state in the nation, blessed with talented and hard-working people, abundant resources and unlimited potential.

With conservative vision and optimistic leadership, I believe that success is ours for the taking!

As your Attorney General, I have many critical issues and decisions to address during the next seven months and that is where my firm focus will be. But rest assured, I'll never stop fighting for South Carolina and our conservative cause.
