Mavis Reeves Seigler, daughter of Wes and Leslie Seigler, celebrated her 4th birthday on Saturday, November 21st.  A “Mommy and Me” Birthday Party was held in her honor at Petal Pushers in Edgefield. 

Mrs. Ginger Lynn and Mrs. Tammy Satcher had a delivery room ready for each little girl to be called back by “Nurse Kitty” (Morgan Bowie) to adopt their new baby.  “Nurse Fluff Tail” (Ginger Lynn) helped the girls weigh and measure their new babies.  Then “Nurse Fluff Tail” stamped the new babies foot prints and had the girls name their new baby and presented the new Mother with her new baby’s birth certificate. 

From there the new Mother’s went with “Nurse Tissey Dale”; (Tammy Satcher) cleaned and dressed their new baby and received care instructions.  The new Mommies also received new diaper bags with much anticipated baby accessories. 

On the porch was “Nurse Prissy Tail” (Stephanie Edwards) reading the “New Mommies” books about being a Mommy.

After the adoptions the group strolled the Town Square with their babies.  “Nurse Tissey Dale” led the parade holding a large banner emblazoned with “Mavis Reeves’ Stroller Parade”.  Mavis Reeves and her friends followed closely behind.  The Mommies paraded around the town square with their new babies in their strollers.  The girls then posed on the square for Mrs. Jennifer Murphy to take pictures with their new babies and of course “Nurse Fluff Tail” and “Nurse Tissey Dale”.

Following the parade the new mommies enjoyed a “Stroller” Cake made by Jennifer’s Cakes.
Mavis Reeves enjoyed celebrating her special day with her family and friends.
