Right now I am having quite a time learning to circumnavigate the NEW and IMPROVED citizen-news.com. And trust me, Sir Francis Drake himself would find the journey no less perilious than any sea cruise on which he might have traveled. It has been a massive learning experience. There have been many challenges and progress has been very slow at times, but I believe I am closing in on something of a "finished Product" - as it were.
